摘　　要：作为7大战略性新兴产业中生物产业的重要组成部分,生物医药是今后我国加快培育和发展的重点。该文从专利统计分析角度出发,旨在了解生物医药领域发展现状及趋势,探究技术发展重点和热点,为产业决策和政策制定提供参考。分析结果表明,全球生物医药领域专利技术发展已趋于成熟,国外申请人注重在华专利布局,中国申请人专利创新活动持续活跃,但对外专利布局有待加强,预防和治疗抗肿瘤药物等领域是近年来的研发热点。As an important part of the seven strategic emerging industries, biomedicine is the key area to be rapidly cultivated and developed in China in the future. On the basis of patent statistic analysis, this article is aimed at understanding the status and development trends in the field of biomedicine, exploring the development focus and hot issues of the technology so as to provide a reference for the decision-making of industry and the Ibrmulation of policy. The analysis of the results shows that the development of patent technology in the bio- medicine field globally has become mature. Foreign applicants lay great emphasis on the patent portfolios in China, while Chinese applicants constantly conduct active innovation activities but still need to reinfbrce their patent portfolios overseas. The drugs for preventing and curing cancer, as well as other technical fields, are the recent hot R＆D areas.
