摘　　要：镇静治疗是ICU机械通气患者的基本治疗之一，合适的镇静水平有助患者身心的康复。脑电双频指数，作为一种客观评估镇静深度的手段，已逐步运用到ICU机械通气患者。对脑电双频指数原理、方法及患者在行机械通气镇静治疗时的护理现状作一综述。Sedation was one of the basic treatment of ICU mechanically ventilated patients and appropriate level of sedation can help patients with physical and mental rehabilitation. Bispeetral index was an objective means to assess depth of sedation which had been gradually applied to the ICU mechanically ventilated patients. This article only showed bispectral index of principles, methods and mechani- cal ventilation in patients with sedation nursing status quo.
