摘　　要：目的了解老年高血压患者健康概念和健康行为的相关性。方法对来我院就诊的206例老年高血压患者采用健康概念量表和健康行为量表测量其健康概念和健康行为，并采用Pearson相关分析法分析两者间的相关性。结果老年高血压患者的健康概念和健康行为得分分别为：（89．50±10．33）分，（72．25±16．66）分，患者的健康概念和健康行为呈正相关（r=0．668，P〈0．001）。结论制定有效的护理措施来提高健康概念，从而改善其健康行为，提高生活质量。Objective To study the correlation between health concept and health behavior of elderly patients with hyperten- sion. Methods Health concept and health behavior of elderly hypertension patients from our hospital were measured by health concept scale and health behavior scale, and the correlation was analyzed by the method of Pearson correlation analysis. Results The score of health con- cept was 89.50±10. 33, the score of health behavior was 72.25 ± 16. 66. There was a positive correlation between health concept and health behavior. Conclusions It is suggested to design and implement effective nursing interventions to improve health concept, promote health behavior and improve the life quality.
