白内障超声乳化患者围术期护理流程优化的效果观察

摘　　要：目的比较白内障超声乳化患者围术期两种护理流程效果。方法随机将200例白内障超声乳化手术患者分为实验组和对照组各100例。对照组采用原护理流程按医嘱对单个患者分别进行术前备术、健康教育、出院指导；实验组采用新护理流程，即按医嘱集中进行术前备术、健康教育和出院指导。比较两组患者对护理工作满意度和对健康教育内容知晓率。结果实验组医生和患者对护理工作满意度明显提高，两组比较差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）；实验组患者对健康教育内容知晓率明显提高。结论集中患者进行术前备术、健康教育和出院指导的临床效果优于对单个患者分别进行术前备术、健康教育和出院指导。Objective To observe the clinical effect of different optimized perioperative processes on the patients with phacoemulsifieation. Methods A total of 200 patients with phacoemulsification were divided into two groups randomly. The patients in the control group were administered existing nursing process： after doctors prescribed the doctor＇s advice, nurse separately performed preoperative preparation, health education and discharge guidance for each patient. The patients in the experimental group were administered optimized process： nurses created a book for patients with phacoemulsification to making them together and implemented preoperative preparation, health education and discharge guidance. Results There was significant difference between the two groups of doctors and patients on the nurses＇job satisfaction （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions Optimized perioperative nursing process can improve nurses＇job satisfaction, the effect of health education and nurses＇working efficiency, and reduce adverse events.
