手术室的安全管理实践与效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室安全管理的方法，保证病人安全，提高护理质量。方法针对手术病人护理工作中存在的安全隐患，制定相应的护理管理完善措施，在手术室实施护理安全管理，并进行定期检查、反馈，评价实施效果。结果手术期实施护理安全管理后，无护理安全事件发生，护理缺陷发生率同比下降了1．49‰，保证了手术的正常进展，保证了手术期病人的安全。医患双方的满意度与安全核查实施前相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对手术室实施护理安全管理，保证了病人安全，提高了护理质量。Objective To discuss the methods of safety administration to ensure patients in safety and improve the quality of nursing. Methods To analyze the security vulnerability existing in the process of perioperative care so as to provide base for putting forward the corresponding measures of nursing management. Nursing safety management in the operating room was practiced and checked periodically for feedbacking and evaluated the operating effect. Results There was no nursing safety - related adverse event occurred and prevalence of nursing defects fell about 6. 13‰ after applied nursing safety management in the operating room. Nursing safety management was necessary safety for patients and caesarean in operation. Compared applied nursing safety management before transformation with after , there was statistical significance of the satisfying rate （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions To apply safety administration could ensure patients in safety and improve the quality of nursing.
