静脉治疗联络员培训机制的建立与效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨建立和健全静脉治疗联络员培训机制,对提高临床静脉治疗护理质量的效果。方法:选拔22名静脉治疗联络员,进行每月的集中理论授课、操作培训、考核,要求联络员将当月培训的理论与技能在各自科室传帮带,并收集静脉治疗护理质量问题定期反馈。2年后进行总效果评价。结果:建立和健全静脉治疗联络员培训机制后,联络员的理论知识和操作技能、静脉治疗护理质量评分均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:建立和健全静脉治疗联络员培训机制有利于静脉治疗联络员的个人成长培养和静脉治疗护理质量的提高,值得推行。Objectice： In order to know the effect of the training system for liaisons of vein treatment. Methods：22 liaisons of vein treatment were selected. They were taught in classes, trained in operation and assessed centrally each month. They were required to impart the stills and knowledge in their de- partment and gather the problems in vein treatment in the same month. The effect was evaluated in two years. Results：The liaisons improved in theory knowledge, operating stills and treatment quality of vein treatment after the training system for them had been established. Conclusions： The liaisons of vein treatment improved and the treatment quality of vein treatment was improved after the training system for them had been estab- lished.
