诊断性腹腔穿刺术300例的临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔穿刺术的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析近5年来诊断性腹腔穿刺术300例的临床资料。结果:300例获阳性结果288例(96%),所有阳性结果者均经手术证实。结论:腹腔穿刺术在包括腹部闭合性损伤、急性腹膜炎、妇产科急腹症以及腹腔积液等疾病的诊断中仍然发挥着不可替代的作用。Objective:To investigate the Clinical value of the abdominal paracentesis.Methods:The Diagnostic Abdominal Paracentesis clinical data of 300 cases were been analyzed during recent 5 years.Results:Among the 300 patients,288 cases showed positive outcomes(96%).All positive patients were performed surgery to confirm.Conclusion:Abdominal paracentesis is important for diagnosis these diseases,such as closed injury in belly,acute peritonitis,acute abdomen of gynaecology and obstetrics and seroperitoneum.
