鼠类雄性不育剂城区应用灭鼠效果观察

摘　　要：目的:通过实验证实在实验室及小型封闭环境中控制鼠类密度有效的鼠类雄性不育剂,在开放性的大型环境中是否继续有效。方法:选择成都市城区内2个街道办事处辖区内的2个社区不同生境投放含鼠类雄性不育剂饵料600kg,于投饵后每隔1个月用粉迹法监测鼠密度,连续观察9个月。结果:总鼠密度由投饵前的12.04%下降至2.28%、1.94%、2.79%、1.91%、2.19%、1.59%、3.4%、3.53%、3.05%。结论:试验使用的鼠类雄性不育剂具有较好的控制鼠害的效果。Objective:To corroborate by experiments if the male infertility for murine has effect in open environment that proved in laboratory tests and small restrictive area.Methods:We put 600kg bait feed on five habitats in two communities under the jurisdiction of two subdistrict office of Chengdu city.After putting bait feed,we monitored mouse density by method of French chalk squares every one month and lasted for 9 months.Results:The total mouse density reduced from 12.04% to 2.28%,1.94%,2.79%,1.91%,2.19%,1.59%,3.4%,3.53%,3.05%.Conclusion:The male infertility for murine bait feed we used in experiments has good effect in urban deratization.
