摘　　要：目前国内外胸骨固定的方法有很多,而各种固定方法对不同的患者又有不同的效果。随着对胸骨固定方法的深入研究及胸骨钢板的出现,胸骨钢板固定系统的使用越来越被国内外心脏外科医生所采用。Nowadays, there＇ re plenty of methods for sternal fixation at home and abroad, which show different effects on different patients. With the further study of sternal fixation and the appearance of sternal plate, the sternal plate fixation system is coming into use by more and more international and domestic cardiovascular surgeon.
