腰-硬联合阻滞不同注药速度在剖宫产术中应用观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰硬联合阻滞不同注药速度在剖宫产术应用效果。方法:收治剖宫产产妇126例,随机分成Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组,每组63例。Ⅰ组注药速度为60秒,Ⅱ组注药速度为90秒。结果:Ⅰ组麻醉质量优44例(69.8%),良19例(30.2%);Ⅱ组质量优49例(77.8%),良14例(22.2%)。Ⅰ组最高感觉阻滞平面为5.3±0.9T,疼痛感觉阻滞达到T10的时间为7.9±1.2分;Ⅱ组最高感觉阻滞平面为6.1±1.0T,疼痛感觉阻滞达到T10的时间为9.1±1.3分,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组产妇在注药15分钟后,SPO2、MAP、HR值与基础值比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),但组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:腰-硬联合阻滞麻醉采用90秒速度麻醉效果较好,且安全系数大。Objective: To investigate the combined spinal-epidural block of different injection speeds in the cesarean section.Methods: March 2011 ～ 2012 126 cases of cesarean section were randomly divided into group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ and 63 cases in group Ⅰ injection speed is 60s,the group Ⅱ injection speed for 90s.Results: group Ⅰ,anesthesia quality were excellent in 44 cases 69.8%,good in 19 cases 30.2%;Group Ⅱ quality were excellent in 49 cases 77.8%,good in 14 cases,accounting for 22.2%.Group Ⅰ maximum sensory block 5.3 ± 0.9T,pain sensory block reached T10 7.9 ± 1.2min;group Ⅱ the highest sensory block level 6.1 ± 1.0T-pain sensory block the time to reach T10 9.1 ± 1.3min,the two groups was significant difference(P < 0.05).Two sets of maternal injection,15 min,SPO 2,MAP,HR values and basic values have significant difference(P < 0.05),but no significant difference between the twogroups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: waist-epidural block anesthesia 90S speed anesthesia better,and the safety factor,it is worth promoting.
