医用压力袜辅助治疗中央型下肢深静脉血栓的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨医用压力袜辅助治疗中央型下肢深静脉血栓的效果。方法:对40例中央型下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者随机分两组进行对照研究。所有病例均采用低分子肝素抗凝及尿激酶溶栓,其给药途径及方法相同,都是经患侧足部或踝部静脉点滴溶栓,皮下注射低分子肝素钠抗凝,抬高患肢,卧床休息10天等治疗。其中试验组20例患者从治疗开始同时使用医用压力袜辅助治疗;对照组20例患者不使用医用压力袜辅助治疗。于治疗后7天、14天、21天观察两组患肢的肿胀程度、皮肤温度、颜色、疼痛、深静脉再通情况,对观察指标进行秩和检验统计学分析。结果:试验组与对照组于治疗后7天、14天、21天的各观察指标差别有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:试验组患肢肿胀消退较快,皮肤温度及颜色恢复良好,疼痛症状较轻,深静脉再通率较高,并减少了栓塞后的后遗症、治疗并发症,缩短住院时间,提高生活质量。Objectice:To study the effect of the assistant cure by the compressive socks for deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of central type.Methods:40 patients with deep vein thrombosis(DVT)of central type were divided into two groups optionally for the contrasive study.All the patients were cured by low molecule heparin-sodium anticoagulant and urokinase thrombolysis.The medications were same.The thrombolysis was injected into the patients throught their feet.The anticoagulant was performed through the outer low vein by raising their sick limbs.They were relieved on bed for 10 days.The 20 patients of the testing group were cured assistantly by compressive socks from the beginning.The 20 patients of the contrastive group weren't cured by this means.The patients were observed in the items including lower limbs dropsy,temperature and colour of the skin,pain and transfixion of the deep vein thrombosis in 7 days,14 days and 21 days after being cured.The indexs observed were analysed by rank sum testing statistic.Results:The testing group were notablely better than the contrastive group in the whole bag of indexs observed in 7 days,14 days and 21 days after being cured.Conclusions:In the terms of the testing group,the lower limbs dropsy subsidised more quickly,the temperature and the colour of the skin got better recovery,the pain was relieved,the transfixion of the deep vein thrombosis got more chances,the amount of sequela and syndrome was reduced,the cure time was shortened,the living quality was improved.
