经尿道前列腺电切术中寒战反应的预防与护理

摘　　要：目的:比较不同的处理方法在减少经尿道前列腺电切术中患者寒战发生率的作用。方法:全部采用腰硬联合阻滞麻,经尿道行前列腺电切术,将患者安置手术室后分四组采用不同的预防和护理方法。结果:物理升温组和药物预防组比对照组寒战发生率低。结论:物理升温与药物预防均可降低经尿道前列腺电切术中患者寒战的发生率。Objective:To compare differente methods of lowering the shivering occurrence rate in the transurethral resection of prostate.Methods:The patients in the operation room undergoing transurethral resection of prostate surgery were divided into four groups by differente methods of prevention and nursing care.All cases were adopted the combination spinal and epidural anesthesia.Results:The shivering occurrence rate in the physics heating_up group and drug prevention group was lower than in the comparison group.Conclusion:Both physics heating_up and drug prevention can lower shivering occurrence rate in the patients with transurethral resection of prostate.
