摘 要:分析了目前国内外油田套管监测技术。针对吐哈油田套管损坏、套管变形的套损主要形式,引进了四十臂井径成像及电磁探伤组合测井技术,对该组合测井技术在吐哈油田适应性进行了研究。现场应用实例表明,四十臂井径成像及电磁探伤组合测井技术可以综合反映套管变化状况,确定内层及外层管柱的腐蚀、破损、错断等损伤情况,准确定量解释内层套管内壁变化状况,同时记录井温曲线,有助于识别管柱破损和窜漏情况。为油井作业、大修提供全面、准确的套管全貌。Introduced are the casing damages in Tuba oilfield in recent years. Analyzed are the current casing monitoring technologies of domestic and international oilfields. According to the casing damages(casing deformation)in Tuha oilfield, a combined logging technology of 40-arm caliper imaging and EMI(Electro Magnetism Inspection) is introduced to confirm its adaptability in Tuha oilfield. Field log examples show that the technology can synthetically reflect the casing changes; determine the corrosion, breakage and dislocation of inner and outer casing strings; accurately and quantitatively interpret the changes of inner casing wall; and sometime, it can also record well temperature curves. This technology leakages, and provide comprehensive and accurate can help us to identify string breakages and casing pictures for oil well job and overhaul.
