摘　　要：轮南400万t/a原油稳定装置已连续运行15年,污水系统流程经过多次改造变得比较复杂,导致装置运行存在诸多问题。文章对污水流程分析和研究,通过优化流程解决了运行难题,实现了能源的循环利用,同时回收了轻烃,创造了较大的经济效益。Lunnan 4 million tons/year crude oil stabilization unit has been running for 15 years. The sewage stream become complex, which causes the system movement to have many problems. Thie process of analysis and research on sewage water, which had solved the difficult problems of the system through progress optimizing. While increasing the recovery of the hydrocarbons, had created a lot ofbanefits.
