摘　　要：流速计的设计与开发一直以来都非常热门。文章介绍了一款应力式流速计的测量原理及设计,并利用工业组态软件组态王作为数据采集系统对其进行标定。西门子s7-200PLC自带两路模拟输入通道,将流速仪的模拟电压输出输入至PLC,经过滤波算法处理后,上传到上位机的组态王软件,该软件自带的历史数据库把数据保存。kingview自带报表功能,能导出excel表,利用excel自带的图表功能分析模拟电压值和与之对应的流量值之间的关系,一定程度上解决了标定的问题。The design and develop of flow meter has always been hot. The paper introduced principle of measurement and design of a type of stress type flow meter, utilizing the software of kingview as data collecting system to standardize it. S7-200 PLC of Siemens equipped with two analog input channel, by importing the output of analog voltage of flow meter into PLC, which uploaded to kingview of the principal computer and be stored to historical database of the software. Kingview had the function of report forms, which can elicit excel that could make graphing, by which we could analyze the congruent relationship between output analog voltage of flow meter and flow velocity. By now, the problem of standardization had been solved in a certain extent.
