摘  要:随着欠平衡钻井技术的大力发展和应用,各油公司对欠平衡技术的要求也越来越高,而冻胶阀作为一种新型的控压手段,和强行起下钻装置和井下套管阀相比,有着适应性强、成本低和风险性小的特点,所以非常有必要进行研究。文章详细介绍了冻胶阀的技术优势、工作原理、配制工艺等方面,利用冻胶阀技术在鸭940、牛东812、青西2一10、马207和牛东89—912井进行了试验,并列举了典型井牛东89.912井实例。With the rapid development and application of the underbalanced drilling, higher standards for underbalanced drilling technology are proposed in oil company. Gel valve technology ,as a new type of means for pressure control, has the features of wide adaptability, low cost and little risk combining with the tripping device and down-hole casing valves. Therefore, it is necessary to be studied. The paper has introduced the technological superiority, operational principle and compound technology for gel valve. Experiments were done in Ya 940, Niudong 812, Qingxi 2-10, Ma 207and Niudong 89-912 and examples for Niudong 89-912 were listed.
