摘　　要：天津45万t/a聚丙烯装置采用气相法"SPHERIZONE"工艺,已进行多种牌号的生产,但装置每运行2～3个月,大量的聚合物结片堵塞循环气换热器,被迫停车进行清理。文章分析了多区循环反应器(MZCR)中静电结片的产生原因及产生位置,提出了相应的操作改进并取得了良好的效果。Tianjin 450,000 tons/year polypropylene plant using gas-phase ＂SPHERIZONE＂ process, has produced a variety of grades, but the plant runs every 2-3 months, a large number of polymer sheeting plug cycle gas heat exchanger, forced stopping to clean up. The paper analyzed the reason of the electrostatic sheeting generated in multi-zone circulating reactor （MZCR） and generate position, proposed the appropriate operation to improve and achieved good results.
