彝药大酸浆草和小过路黄的红外光谱研究

摘　　要：采用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对彝药大酸浆草和小过路黄的红外光谱进行了测定。分析了两种彝药在红外指纹图谱上的异同,结果显示两种样品在红外指纹图谱上的吸收峰的强度、峰形和吸收位置均有差异,不同样品的特征吸收峰差异明显,通过对其红外指纹图谱分析,为彝药的质量控制和真伪鉴别提供了理论依据。Fourier transforming infrared spectrum method was used to measure the infrared spectrum of da-suan-jiong-cao and xiao-guo-lu-huang of Yi nationality＇s medicine,and the differences and similarities of the two samples by IR fingerprint were analyzed. The result showed that there were obvious differences on the shapes of their individual IR fingerprint＇s absorption peaks,absorption position and intensity, different samples had characteristic absorption peak. The analysis of IR fingerprint provided certain scientific evidences for the identification and quality control of Yi nationality＇s medicine.
