摘  要:以槲皮素为标准品,用荧光分光光度法测定中药材紫菀(Aster tataricus L.f.)中总黄酮含量,该方法的检出限为2.51×10-7g/L,线性回归方程为y=531.840 48x-3.544 48,相关系数R2=0.999 03,线性范围为6.7×10-6~6.0×10-4g/L;紫菀中总黄酮的平均含量为4.896×10-3g/L,样品测定的RSD为0.92%,平均回收率为93.19%。该方法操作简便、准确度高,可以为中药材紫菀质量控制提供参考。Quercetin was used as standard material to establish a new method for determining total flavanoid in Aster tataricus L.f. The detection limit of this method was 2.51×10-7 g/L, and the linear range was between 6.7x10^-6.0×10-4 g/L, and the equation of linear regression was y=531.840 48χ-3.544 48, and correlation coefficient R2 was 0.999 03. The average amount of total flavanoid in A. tataricus was 4.896×10-3 g/L, and RSD was 0.92%, the average recovery was 93.19%. It is a simple and accurate method to determine total flavanoid in A. tataricus with spectrofluorimetry. The new method can be used for quality control of Chinese medicinal plant A. tataricus.
