漆姑草氯仿提取物的化学成分分析

摘　　要：采用硅胶柱色谱法,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯系统对漆姑草(Sagina japonica(Sw.)Ohwi)氯仿提取物进行梯度洗脱,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其洗脱组分1和2分别进行化学成分分析。结果表明,从漆姑草氯仿提取物中鉴定出59种成分,主要为烷烃和酯类,其中有40种成分在该植物中首次检出。The silica gel chromatography with gradient elution by petroleum ether and ethyl acetate was applied to isolate the chloroforn extract part from Sagina japonica （Sw.） Ohwi,and the chemical constituents of fraction 1 and 2 were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed 59 compounds were identified from the chloroform extract part of S. japonica, which were mainly alkanes and esters, and 40 kinds of chemical constituents were firstly identified in S. japonica
