摘  要:利用扫描仪对广玉兰叶片进行数字化处理,运用Photoshop CS5软件自动化提取叶面积,并与叶面积仪法、剪纸称重法等测定方法进行比较。结果表明,Photoshop CS5软件的图像处理法与叶面积仪法和剪纸称重法呈极显著线性相关,相比之下其具有快速、准确、易普及等优点;归结出了Photoshop CS5中像素大小与叶片数字化时分辨率、缩放比例的数学关系,为今后叶面积的快速测定提供了依据。AThe magnolia leaves were digitalized through the scanner, then the leaf area was automatically analyzed by the soft- ware of Photoshop CS5. The data from this method was compared with the data from other methods, such as instumental scanning method, etc. The result showed that there were highly significant linear correlation between digital image processing method and the other traditional methods. Moreover, digital image processing method has the dominant advantage in its speediness, accuracy and easy popularity. Mathematical relationship between pixel size in photoshop CS5 and digital resolution and scaling mathematical relationship were also summed up. This will provide the basis for the rapid measurement of leaf area.
