摘　　要：长期以来的二元经济结构,导致农村公共产品供给严重短缺,难以满足农村生产生活需求,成为当前中国构建和谐社会和建设新农村的障碍。运用博弈论的分析框架,以河北省156个自然村的实地调查为主要依据,分析了中央政府、地方政府、农户三方利益主体在农村公共产品供给中的博弈关系,指出解决农村公共产品供给不足需要从加大政府支持力度、明确权责、完善民主决策等方面入手。The urban-rural dual economic structure is gradually formed after years of evolution in China,which resulted in in- adequate supply of public goods in rural area. It can not meet the production and living needs, which will obstacle the con- struction of harmonious society and new rural. By the field investigation in 156 natural villages of Hebei province, the analyt- ical frame of the game theory was used to analysis the game relations among the central government, local government and peasant household in supplying of public goods. In order to solve the issue, the government should increase their support to strength on countryside, clear responsibilities and power in public goods construction and using and perfect democratic deci- sion system in rural area.
