摘　　要：深入剖析河南省粮食主产区发展粮食生产存在的问题,探寻积极、有效的支持主产区发展粮食生产的措施,不仅对河南省粮食主产区发展粮食生产有重要意义,对推动全国粮食主产区发展粮食生产也会起到积极作用。Therefore, deeply exploring the problems of developing grain production existed in Henan major grain producing areas, and seeking active and effective measures which support the development of the grain production in major grain pro- ducing areas not only have an important significance to promote the grain production in Henan major grain producing areas but also play a positive role in the development of grain production in the whole nation major grain producing areas.
