单剂量口灌阿维菌素在草鱼体内的药动学及残留研究

摘　　要：按0.1 mg/kg的剂量给草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)灌服阿维菌素,用高效液相色谱法检测用药后不同时间的血浆、肌肉和肝脏中的药物浓度,然后用3P97药代动力学软件处理药时数据,对药物在草鱼体内药动学及组织残留进行研究。结果表明:单剂量口灌阿维菌素在草鱼血浆中主要药动学参数为:AUC 1 638.02μg.h.L-1,Cmax 18.51μg.L-1,t1/2α21.77 h,t1/2β218.71 h,Tpeak24.00 h,k10 0.023 h-1,k12 0.007 3 h-1,k21 0.004 3h-1。给药后14 d血浆中检测不到药物,25 d后肌肉和肝脏中药物消除。A dose （0. 1 mg/kg） of avermectin was given to grass carp by oral administration. Tissues （plasma, muscle, Liver） concentration of avermectin were measured by high performance liquid chromatography （ HPLC ） with fluorescence detector （FD）. The plasma concentration -time data was analyzed with 3P97 practical pharmacokinetics software. The re- suits showed that the main parameters in the blood of grass carp were： AUC 1 638. 02 p,g h L-1 , C 18. 51 pg L-l , t1/2a 21.77 h, tl/2t3218. 71 h, Tr^k 24. 00 h, kl0 0. 023 h-1 , k12 O. 007 3 h , k21 0. 004 3 h I. on the fourteen day after dosing, the residues of avermectin in plasma can not be detected, but the depletion of avermectin in muscle and liver need 25 days.
