摘  要:近年的研究发现,环境中的NP污染日趋严重。作为一类内分泌干扰物,NP对水陆环境中的动植物都有毒害性并产生内分泌干扰效应,对人类健康也有不可忽视的影响。目前关于NP对动物危害的研究已广泛开展起来,研究对象主要集中在鱼类、两栖类和实验室动物上。由于其作用机理的复杂性和现有分析方法的局限性,关于NP对人体的潜在危害的研究还不够深入。因此,在控制NP的环境释放放和寻找其替代品的同时,仍需加强该类化合物对动物和人的作用机理研究,进一步评价其产生的生态风险。The pollution of nonylpheol (NP) is becoming serious in recent years. As an endocrine-disrupting chemical, NP is harmful and toxic to plants and animals in land and water environments, and can produce endocrine-disrupting effects to them. Moreover, these influences on human health cannot be ignored as well. Researches on harm of NP to animals have been widely conducted recently, which were concentrating on fish, amphibians and laboratory animals. However, studies on the potential hazards of NP on the human body are not deep enough because of its mechanism of the complexity and the limitations of existing analytical methods. Controlling release of NP to environments and searching for its alternatives is necessary, and the study of effecting mechanism of this compound in animals and humans should be strengthened to further evaluate its ecological risks.
