摘 要:针对中国加强温室气体监测、统计、核算的迫切需求,总结概括了温室气体大气背景浓度监测、生态系统温室气体通量监测、温室气体排放源监测等3种温室气体监测类型的国内外进展,探讨了各类温室气体监测的区别、监测的必要性、主要的监测途径。以中国温室气体监测试点为例,提出我国温室气体监测中存在监测对象不明确、温室气体排放源监测薄弱等主要问题,并提出相应对策。In view of the urgent needs to strengthen monitoring, statistics, and accounting of the greenhouse gas (GHG) in China, three kinds of GHG monitoring progress were summarized in this paper, atmospheric background concentration monitoring, fluxes monitoring of ecosystem and emissions sources monitoring of the GHG. At the same time, the differences, monitoring necessity and monitoring channels of the three kinds GHG monitoring were explored. Take GHG monitoring pilots of China for example, it was put forward that monitoring objects were not clear, and monitoring of GHG sources were weak in present GHG monitoring. Countermeasures were also proposed.
