深圳市福田区2005-2011年妊娠梅毒患者流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的研究妊娠梅毒患者的流行病学特征,为制定防控策略提供依据。方法对深圳市福田辖区2005-2011年通过免费梅毒筛查发现的妊娠梅毒患者进行流行病学调查,以Epidata录入资料,采用SPSS统计软件进行分析。结果 2005-2011年共检出孕产妇梅毒患者891例,年平均检测阳性率0.35%,患者平均年龄为(28.51±4.61)岁,以20～30岁为多,最小18岁,最大43岁,患者多为无业/待业,其次为干部职员,文化程度以初中文化学历为主,暂住人口和流动人口占90.22%,76.09%患者在<28周即发现并确诊梅毒,98.99%患者为隐性梅毒患者,血清滴度多低于1:4。结论为及时、有效阻断梅毒母婴垂直传播,应加强对文化程度低、无业/待业的暂住孕妇人群的健康教育,提倡在孕早期即进行梅毒筛查。Objective To study the epidemiologic features of pregnant syphilitic patients, and to provide a basis for mak- ing effective prevention and control strategy. Methods The epidemiologieal data of pregnant syphilitic patients in Futian Dis- trict of Shenzhen from 2005 to 2011 were collected and statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results A total of 891 preg- nant women were diagnosed with syphilis during the period of 2005 - 2011. The annual average positive rate of syphilis detection was0.35%, with an average age of （28.51 _＋ 4.61） years. Most of the patients aged from 20 to 30 years. The age of the youngest patient was 18 years and the eldest one was 43 years. Most of the patients were unemployed, followed by cadres and staff. 39.73% of the patients graduated from junior middle school. Temporary population and floating population accounted for 90.22 % of the patients. 76.09 % of the patients were diagncxsed with syphilis before 28 weeks＇ gestation. 98.99 % were the pa- tients with latent syphilis, and the serum titer was 〈 1：4. Conclusions The health education about advocating early syphilis detection on pregnant women with lower educational level and unemployment and on temporary population is essential for promot- ing the effectiveness of mother- to- child transmission- blocking of syphilis.
