摘　　要：生命质量(quality of life,QOL)也被称为生活质量、生存质量、生命素质等,是在新的健康观念认识之下产生的一种健康测量技术。随着中国步入老龄化社会,老年人生命质量研究的重要性日渐突出,而农村老年人相对城市老年人数量较多,收入较少,生活环境较艰辛,因此,对农村老年人生命质量的研究具有更重要的现实意义。本文通过查阅近些年来国内外有关农村老年人生命质量的文献与资料,来分析农村老年人生命质量评价所采用的量表、研究进展及影响农村老年人生命质量的因素,从而为更进一步的研究提供参考依据。Quality of life （QOL） is a kind of health assessment method developing with the new health concept. Along with our country entering the aged society, the importance of the study on the quality of life among the elderly is gradually out- standing. While in comparison with the elderly in cities, the rural elderly taave more people and less income, and their living en- vironments are hard. Therefore, the research of life quality among rural aged population has more important practical signifi- cance. Through consulting many literatures at home and abroad in recent years, this review analyzes the development and the in- fluencing factors on the quality of life among the rural elderly in our country.
