摘  要:液压站是煤矿生产过程中应用最为广泛的设备之一,其性能的好坏直接影响着矿井的安全运转以及正常生产。本文通过对基于芯片控制的煤矿数控液压站进行数学建模,以更加直观的图形对液压站工作过程中各个元件的性能、参数以及对整个系统的影响进行仿真分析,找出影响数控液压站工作的主要因素并且进行改进和升级,进一步优化数控液压站的结构,为煤矿生产提供更加安全、可靠的保证。Hydraulic station is one of the most widely used in the production of equipment for coal mine and its direct impact on the performance of mine operation as well as the normal production.This article through on based on chip control of coal mine NC hydraulic station for mathematics built die,to more intuitive of graphics on hydraulic station work process in the all components of performance,and parameter and on entire system of effects for simulation analysis,find effects NC hydraulic station work of main effects factors and for improved and upgrade,thus further optimization NC hydraulic station of structure,for coal mine production provides more security,and reliable of guarantee.
