绿地翡翠国际广场节能技术评估浅析

摘　　要：针对上海地区气候特点,采用DeST-c能耗计算分析软件,对使用多种节能措施的绿地翡翠国际广场3号楼进行节能技术评估,结果表明,该栋建筑全年能耗的节能率达到65.8%。Aiming at climatic features of Shanghai, evaluation of energy-saving tech- nology of Building 3 of Green Land Feicui International Plaza using diversified energy-saving measures is made by DeST-c energy consumption computation and analysis software, and the results show that the energy-saving rate of annual energy consump-tion of the building reaches 65.8%.
