摘　　要：目的:高效液相色谱法同时测定固本咳喘片中甘草酸和补骨脂素的含量。方法:采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱色谱柱,梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长237 nm。结果:补骨脂素在0.0504μg～0.2518μg之间与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为97.21%;甘草酸铵在0.4168μg～2.084μg之间与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.31%。结论:该方法可同时测定固本咳喘片中甘草酸和补骨脂素的含量。Objective： To determine the contents of glyeyrrhizin and psoralen in GubenKechuanpian. Methods： The determination was carried out with a C-18 column and gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detective wavelength was set at 237 nm. Results： The eoutenl of psoralen was ~ell linearly related to its peak area in range of 0.0504 μg^0.2518μg and the average reeovery of the method was 97.21%. The content of glyeyrrhizin was well linearh, related to it speak area in range of 0.4168μg~ 2.084μg and the average reeovery of the method was 98.31%. Conclusion： The method can be used for determining the contents of glyeyrrhizin and psoralen in GubenKechuanpian at the same time.
