祥云县部分农村小学生营养状况与家庭环境关系调查的研究

摘　　要：目的:探索家庭环境对小学生营养状况的影响,为提高小学生身体健康水平提供依据。方法:选取祥云县农村382名小学生为调查对象,进行体格测试和问卷调查。结果:营养不良检出率为66.41%。研究对象在性别、民族、子女数、胎次上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:家庭环境对小学生的营养状况有影响,在小学生营养健康方面应注重父母及周边环境对其的影响。Objective： To research the relationship between family environment and nutritional status of pupils, and provide a basis to improve the level of primary school physical health. Methods： Three hundreds and eighty-two rural pupils in Xiangyun County were enrolled in survey, indexes of height and weight were collected, family environment were inquired with questionnaire. Results： With body mass index （BMI）, the malnutrition rate was 66.41% among 382 pupils. There were no significant differences between gender, ethnic, the number of children and births in one family （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Family environment is related to pupils＂ nutrition status, special attention should be paid by the parents and the surrounding environment to improve pupils＂ nutrition and health.
