摘　　要：目的探讨实体肿瘤贫血病人、良性贫血病人、健康对照人群hepcidin的前体肽(prohepcidin)变化及其与促红细胞生成素(EPO)的相关性。方法对2009年1月至2010年12月收治的实体肿瘤病人30例(实体肿瘤贫血组),良性贫血30例(良性贫血对照组),健康对照30例(健康对照组),同时检测其血清prohepcidin及EPO水平。结果血清prohepcidin水平在实体肿瘤贫血组[(40.90±17.27)ng/ml]、良性贫血对照组[(53.87±41.34)ng/ml]及健康对照组[(73.58±46.41)ng/ml]3组间比较,差异无统计学意义(F=0.144,P=0.335)。血清prohepcidin水平与EPO水平在实体肿瘤贫血组(r=0.082,P=0.834)、良性贫血对照组(r=0.241,P=0.503)、健康对照组(r=-0.236,P=0.209)均无相关性。结论不能证实prohepcidin与EPO的相关性,prohepcidin能否做为贫血病人使用EPO治疗的预测指标尚需进一步的临床研究。Objective To investigate the changes of serum prohepcidin,a precursor pseptide of hepcidin, in solid tumor patients with anemia, benign anemia patients and healthy control populations and its correlation with erythropoietin （EPO）. Methods Thirty solid tumor patients with anemia hospitalized from January 2009 to December 2010 （solid tumor with anemia group）, 30 patients with benign anemia presented in outpatient department（ benign anemia control group）and 30 healthy subjects（ healthy control group）were selected as research objects. Serum prohepcidin and EPO were detected simul- taneously in all participants. Results There were no statistical differences in solid tumor with anemia group [ （40.90 ± 17. 27 ）ng/ml ], benign anemia control group [ （53.87±41.34 ） ng/ml ] and healthy control group [ （73.58 ± 46.41 ） ng/ ml] （ F = 0. 144 ,P = 0.335 ）. There were all no correlations between prohepcidin level and EPO level in solid tumor with a- nemia group（ r = 0. 082 ,P = 0. 834 ） , benign anemia control group （r = 0. 241, P = 0. 503 ）and healthy control group （r = - 0. 236, P = 0.209）. Conclusions Our study can not confirm the correlation between prohepcidin and EPO. It still needs to be identified in further clinical researches that whether the prohepcidin can be used as predictor indicator of EPO on trea- ting anemia.
