摘　　要：景德镇市是千年瓷都,也是江西省重要的老工业城市,为新中国工业体系的建立和经济发展作出过巨大的贡献。如今该市制瓷原料资源已濒临枯竭,在对其产业转型的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行分析的基础上,提出了产业转型的对策。As the Porcelain Capital of thousands of years history, and a crucial industrial city of Jiangxi Province, Jingdezhen makes significant contribution to new China＇s industry system establishment and economic growth. How- ever, the raw material for porcelain making is on the verge of exhaustion after thousands of years mining and excava- tion. The article analyzes the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats to Jingdezhen＇s industry transformation by using SWOT method, and proposes some countermeasures to promote the industry transformation
