摘  要:针对600 MW汽轮机转子在冷态启动过程中的应力分布及变化规律进行了详尽的研究,并且运用有限元方法对调节级实施了热力耦合计算和温度场、应力场的分析,结果表明,在冷态启动冲转初期,调节级叶轮根部应力集中点的应力较大,在转子升速过程中应平稳提高蒸汽温度,合理控制蒸汽流量。Research on stress distribution and variation of 600 MW steam turbine rotor during cold-state start-up were given in this paper. The finite element method was used to solve the thermal-mechanical coupling of the governing stage, and the changes of temperature field and stress field were analyzed in detail. Results showed that, the stress at the root of disc of governing stage is great at the begining of the cold-state start-up, and temperature and flow of steam should be controlled smoothly in speed-up process.
