摘  要:通过模拟核电站压水反应堆一回路冷却水工况,研究了锌离子注入对镍合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。利用电化学方法,测量了镍合金注入钠离子和锌离子的极化曲线,并比较了其腐蚀行为。采用Mott-Schottky曲线分析了镍合金注入钠离子和注入锌离子时的钝化膜的半导体性质,通过计算表面钝化膜的载流子浓度和平带电位比较它们的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,通过极化曲线的比较,得出锌离子的注入能使镍合金的自腐蚀电流密度减小,亦能有效抑制镍合金的腐蚀行为。Mott-Schottky(M-S)曲线表明,半导体为n型时,注入锌离子后,斜率增大,载流子浓度减小,平带电位负移,耐腐蚀性增强。This subject studied the influence of zinc injection on the corrosion resistance of nickel-based alloys by simulating pressurized water reactor primary circuit cooling water environment. The electrochemical methods was used to measure the polarization curve of nickel alloys when sodium ions or zinc ions was injected, and compared of the corrosion behavior was made. The semiconducting properties of passive film of nickel alloys was analyzed by Mott- Schottky when it was injected sodium ions and zinc ions respectively, and compared the corrosion resistance by calcu- lating carrier concentration and fiat band. The results showed that the zinc injection can increase the corrosion poten- tial and decrease the corrosion current density,by comparing the polarization curve of zinc ions and sodium ions in- jected into the simulated pressurized water reactor cooling water. So zinc injection technique can effectively inhibit the corrosion of nickel alloys. Mott-Schottky curves showed that the slope increases with the zinc injection when the semiconductor was n-type, the carrier concentration and the fiat band decreases, thus zinc injection could enhance corrosion resistance.
