工艺润滑对IF钢铁素体区热轧组织及其织构的影响

摘　　要：研究了有无润滑条件对铁素体区热轧IF钢试样表面和芯部氧化物类型、显微组织形貌与织构的影响。结果表明,润滑轧制条件下试样表面主要为疏松的FeO,表面与芯部组织均匀且均为γ纤维织构,该织构取向密度较强,体积分数较大。The oxide type,microstructure and texture under the conditions of lubrication and un-lubrication of ferritic hot rolled IF steel were researched. The results show that the sample surface oxide is FeO, the surface and centre microstructure is uniform, and y texture is intensive in lubricated roiling.
