摘  要:山西大水网是解决山西转型跨越发展用水需求和应对特大干旱而提出的一项战略规划,其总体架构为两纵十横,以山西纵贯南北的黄河北干流和汾河两条天然河道为主线,以覆盖全省六大盆地和11个中心城市的十大供水体系为主骨架。供水区包括91个县(市、区),面积占全省总面积的72%,受益人口占全省总人口的84%,GDP占全省的88%。到2015年,大水网基本建成后,全省总供水能力达到91亿m3,其中当地地表水37亿m3,提引黄河水24亿m3,地下水供水量将压减到30亿m3,供水保障能力大幅提高,应对特大干旱能力加强,生态环境明显改善。Shanxi water network is a water resource strategic planning for solving water demand of economic transformation spanning development and responsing to extraordinary drought. The skeleton of Shanxi water network is a system including two vertical lines and ten horizontal lines. The two vertical lines are north part of Yellow River and Fenhe River, which are natural rivers. The ten horizontal lines are ten water supply projects, which cover six basins and eleven main cities. The water supply area includes ninety-one counties/city/district, which accounts for seventy-two percent of total areas, eighty-four percent of total population, and eighty-eight percent of total GDP (gross domestic product) of Shanxi Province. Until 2015, after the completion of Shanxi water network ,the water sup- ply capacity will achieve 9.1 BCM (billion cubic meter), of which local surface water supply will be about 3.7 BCM, Yellow River diversion will be about 2.4 BCM, under ground water will reduce to about 3 BCM. And the ability of water supply would be increased remarkably, the ability of response to extraordinary drought would be enhanced greatly, and ecological environment would be improved obviously.
