摘　　要：针对唐河倒虹吸工程建设监理实际情况,按照质量控制的要求、特殊性及存在的问题,提出了监理控制的基本思路,采取了行之有效的措施,保证了工程质量,使工程顺利通过了验收,并且得到了社会好评。在该工程中,严格执行了工作基本程序,建立健全了规章制度,遇到特殊情况,有针对性地制定了对策。通过该工程探索出了大型平原工程监理质量控制的有效措施,供类似工程参考。In view of the actural supervision situation in the Tanghe Inverted Siphon Project and in accordance with the requirements of quality control, particularity and existing problems, the basic ideas of supervision control are put forward, the effective measures to ensure the project quality are taken, so that the project acceptance has been passed successfully and the favourable comment is earned. In this project, the basic work program had been imple- mented strictly, a set of rules and regulations had been established and perfected. When the special circumstances oc-curred, the countermeasures had been drawn up accordingly. Through this project＇s pactice, the effective measures to control supervision quality in a large-sized plain hydraulic project are obtained, this results can be provided for simi-lar project.
