区域农业可持续发展指标体系的构建与评价——以衡阳市为例

摘　　要：以衡阳市农业生产现状为例,运用区域农业可持续发展指标体系对衡阳市农业可持续发展水平进行了指标取值、计算及分析,指出衡阳市农业可持续发展的综合水平处于一般程度,进一步分析了衡阳市农业经济、农业生产要素、农业社会和农业资源与环境等四个方面可持续发展水平变化的原因,并提出了相应对策建议。Taking the current situation of agricultural production in Hengyang City as an example, this paper uses the index system of regional agricultural sustainable development to achieve, calculate and analyze the index date of agricultural sustainable development level of Hengyang City. Through the calculation and analysis, this paper points out that comprehensive level of agricultural sustainable development of Hengyang City is below the the general level and it also further analyzes the causes of changes of sustainable development level in four aspects： agricultural economy of Hengyang City, agricultural production factors, agricultural society and agricultural resources and environment, and proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion.
