摘  要:在分析现有船用隔舱阀门控制系统不足的基础上,设计了一种新型船用隔舱阀门电液控制装置,并进行了试验验证。该装置集成了电液控制、应急快速手动液控、手摇泵控制三种控制方式,实现了隔舱阀位机械指示与电信号指示集成以及远程监控功能,满足了应急状态工况阀门快速启闭要求,具有操作力小、可靠性高等优点。Based on the analysis of problem in controlling system of ship ~ valve, a new electro-hydraulic controlling device of valve which is used through ship's cabin is designed The device has the characteristic as follows: The function of electro-hydraulic controlling, emergency system by handling manual directional valves and handpump is integrated The location of valve containing both mechanical indication and electrical signal indication can be watched in another cabin. The speed of opening and closing the valve in the emergency is highly improved by using the emergency system with And the dependability of the system is improved hydraulic accumulator. The force of operation is smaller And the dependability of the system is improved.
