摘　　要：慢性原发性肾小球疾病是临床常见的慢性疾病之一,具有病程长、难治愈、易复发的特点。中医药治疗该疾病可取得良好疗效。王耀献教授经多年临床实践,认为湿热在慢性肾病的形成和发展中占重要地位,感受湿热之邪或湿热之邪缠绵不去,常常是病情反复和迁延不愈的主要原因。从三焦、脏腑、经络、季节论治湿热治疗本病效果较好。Chronic primary glomerular disease is a usual chronic disease in clinical work.It has long course of disease,is hard to cured and is susceptible to recur.The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can receive favorable effectiveness.Professor Wang Yao-xian believes that dampness and heat occupies an important position in the formation and development of chronic kidney disease after years of clinical practice.Dampness and heat is often the main cause of the illness relapses.The effect that treat chronic primary glomerular disease from the triple energizer,viscera,meridian,seasonal is good.
