摘　　要：中药方剂可以影响骨髓间充质干细胞的骨向分化能力,目前此方面的研究主要是对中药复方和具有补肾作用的单味中药以及中药有效成分或部位进行的药理研究。基于对该领域研究现状的归纳与分析,提出了研究影响骨髓间充质干细胞骨向分化能力的方药选择思路和实验研究思路,分别是:注重对补肾方药具有协同作用中药的研究、开展中药有效成分或组分配伍的研究、加强促进MSCs骨向分化方药筛选与对比研究、体内体外结合机制探讨的研究。Chinese herb and prescription can affect the osteoblast differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells.Current researches in this area are about pharmacological activity of Chinese medicine prescription,a kind of herb with benefiting kidney and some active ingredients.Based on the induction and analysis of the research status,some ideas that the choose of Chinese herb and prescription and the experiment research about affectting the osteoblast differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are proposed.These ideas are those choosing some Chinese herbs which have synergistic action for benefiting kidney herbs,carrying out compatibility research with effective ingredients or components of the prescription,strengthening screening and comparison research of Chinese herbs and pharmacological studies combination in vitro and vivo.
