带状疱疹性眼病15例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨带状疱疹眼病的临床特点及治疗转归。方法:回顾分析中西医结合治疗的15例带状疱疹眼病患者临床表现及治疗效果。结果:15例带状疱疹眼病患者均为单侧发病,采用中西医结合治疗。并发眼睑皮肤疱疹15例,治愈15例;并发结膜炎11例,治愈10例;并发角膜炎7例,治愈6例;并发虹膜睫状体炎6例,治愈6例;并发眼压升高4例,治愈4例;并发眼肌麻痹2例,治愈1例,有效1例。结论:中西医结合治疗带状疱疹性眼病安全可靠,疗效满意。Objective：To investigate the clinical features and prognosis of herpes zoster ophthalmicus.Methods：Retrospectively analyse the clinical manifestations and treatment effect of 15 cases with herpes zoster ophthalmicus after combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Results：All 15 cases occurred unilaterally.After combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine,all 15 cases with eyelid herpes zoster were cured;10 out of 11 cases with conjunctivitis were cured;6 out of 7 cases with keratitis were cured;all 6 cases with iridocyclitis and 4 cases with ocular hypertension were cured;of 2 cases with ophthalmoplegia,1 case was cured and the other alleviated.Conclusion：Combined treating herpes zoster ophthalmicus by traditional Chinese and Western medicine is reliable.
