九分散配合雷公藤多甙片治疗类风湿性关节炎60例

摘　　要：目的:观察九分散治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:入选类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(60例),对照组给予雷公藤多甙片,治疗组在应用雷公藤多甙片的基础上加用九分散胶囊,90d为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率55.00%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。在临床指标改善方面治疗组与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);实验室指标改善方面治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:九分散配合雷公藤多甙片治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效肯定。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Jiufen Powder on rheumatoid arthritis.Methods：The patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into treatment（60 cases） and control（60 cases） group.The treatment patients were treated with Jiufen Powder Capsule and tripterygium glycosides.tablet.The control patients were treated with tripterygium glycosides tablet.A course of treatment is 90d.The effect of treatment was observed after 2 course of treatment.Results：After 6 months of treatment,the total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 55.00% in the control group.The curative effect rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.There was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.There have advantages in clinical and laboratory indexes in treatment group than control group.There were statistical difference（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：To treat rheumatoid arthritis with Jiufen Powder and tripterygium glycosides have positive curative effect.
