疏乳消块丸对大鼠乳腺增生的治疗作用及其机制

摘　　要：目的:观察疏乳消块丸对大鼠乳腺增生病的治疗作用,并对其作用机制进行探讨。方法:采用肌内注射雌-孕激素联合诱导制备乳腺增生模型大鼠,灌胃给予疏乳消块丸30 d后,观察各组药物对乳腺增生大鼠乳腺组织病理学的改变及各组大鼠乳头形态学变化,用放射免疫方法测定各组大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、黄体酮(P)的含量,并计算脏器指数。结果:疏乳消块丸能明显减小乳腺增生大鼠乳头高度及乳房直径,抑制大鼠乳腺增生程度,还可明显降低大鼠血清雌二醇水平、增加孕酮水平。结论:疏乳消块丸对大鼠乳腺增生病有良好的治疗作用,其机制与调节乳腺增生大鼠血清中性激素水平有关。OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuru Xiaokuai pill on hyperplasia of mammary glands in rats,and to explore it＇s mechanism.METHODS The model of hyperplasia of mammary glands was induced by benzoate estradiol and progesterone with muscle injection in Wistar female rats.After oral administration of Shuru Xiaokuai pill,the pathologic changes of mammary gland were observed undermicroscope,and the morphologic changes of nipple in every group observed.Extradiol and progesterone content on serum were determined by radio immunoassay.At same time,the indexes of organs in every group were calculated.RESULTS Shuru Xiaokuai pill could decrease the increased height and diameter of teats,inhibit the hyperplasia grade of mammary gland.Shuru Xiaokuai pill could also lower the levels of extradiol and increase the levels of progesterone in serum.CONCLUSION Shuru Xiaokuai pill has significant therapeutic effect on hyperplasia of mammary gland in rats,and it＇s mechanism is related to regulate the serum content ration of sexual hormone.
