摘　　要：目的:氦氖激光血管内照射疗法,是应用临床治疗和实验研究的一项新技术。本文通过应用氦氖激光血管内照射治疗175例急性脑梗塞患者的护理。方法:详细介绍了本疗法的操作方法及护理体会。结果:针对脑梗塞急性期病情较重,病人身心承受能力较低的情况,结论:强调做好心理护理,加强无菌技术操作,尽量扩大静脉选择范围及提出对治疗出现反应的处理办法。Objective： Helium- neon laser irradiation therapy, is the application of clinical and experimental studies of a new technology. In this paper, application of helium - neon laser irradiation treatment of 75 cases of acute cerebral infarction care. Methods： Details of the method of operation of this therapy and nursing. Results： For acute cerebral infarction, serious condition, patients with lower physical and mentalcapacity of the case. Conclusion： Emphasis on good psychological care, strengthen the aseptic technique,to maximize choice and intravenous treatment appeared to respond to the proposed approach.
