摘　　要：目的:探讨颅内生殖细胞瘤手术结合放疗的疗效。方法:选择病变位于松果体区8例、鞍区4例、基底节区1例,其中7例通过手术获得病理学结果,6例采用直接放射治疗,并通过6月-5年的临床随访。结果:全部病例生存状况良好,症状消失和好转10例,生活自理3例。结论:手术的目的主要是针对严重脑积水、视神经受压患者,放射治疗对颅内生殖细胞瘤效果良好。Obective： To explore the clinical effect of individualized treatment for intracranial genninoma. Methods： Thirteen patients with intracranial germinoma located in conarium, saddle area and basal ganglia regions of brain were studied retrospectively, Seven of the patients underwent microsurgery and radiotherapy, six only radiotherapy. Results All of them were recovered well, ten patients＇ symptoms were disappeared or relieved and three obtained ability of self -care. Conclusion The purpose of surgery is mainly in patients with severe hydrocephalus or optic nerve compression, radiotherapy has satisfied effects in intracranial genninoma.
