摘  要:大口径管道顶管施工属高风险作业,顶进施工难度大、事故率高,在复杂地质条件下施工,难度将进一步增加。针对目前国内长距离大口径岩石地层顶管施工工程的失败原因,从设计、施工和管理3个方面阐述了管道顶管穿越应注意的问题:紧密结合国内外顶管设备水平和施工能力,加强地质勘察,实时总结施工风险,制定预防措施,最终优化顶管设计方案,主要考虑竖井施工和顶管施工因素可能造成的不良影响,根据施工实际完善设计方案,加强业主单位和施工单位的管理,完善标准规范,强化辅助试验研究。研究结果可以为国内长距离大口径岩石地层顶管施工提供参考。The pipe pulling construction of large-diameter pipeline belongs to a high risk operation,and the construction difficulty increases further in complex geological conditions,pipe pulling construction is of great difficulty and has a high accident rate.According to the case analysis for the failure in pipe pulling construction of large-diameter long-distance pipeline in rock area,this paper presents the technical problems of pipe pulling existed in design,construction and management.It is considered that the performances of pulling equipments at home and abroad should be confirmed,geological investigation be strengthened,construction risks be avoided with sound prevention measures at any time,and finally the design scheme for pipe pulling be optimized,which mainly includes eliminating the possible influences from the shaft construction and pipe pulling construction,perfecting the design scheme based on field construction conditions,enhancing the management of the owner and construction company,implementing related standards and codes and performing auxiliary experiment with effective measures to gather helpful experiences in the pipe pulling construction of large-diameter long-distance pipeline in rock areas in China.
