洋水仙品种的杂交亲和性

摘　　要：对从荷兰引进的5个洋水仙(Narcissus spp.)品种进行完全双列杂交,研究其杂交亲和性。结果表明:不同组合间,洋水仙品种间杂交及自交结实率差异较大,单果结籽数与籽粒千粒质量亦存在一定差异;其中活话剧的自交结实率最高,为64.29%;自交单果结籽数高达7.64,勃朗宁、嘹亮、荷兰船长的自交结实率较低,不足30%,单果结籽数少于3.0;正反交间亦存在很大差异,其中勃朗宁做母本与嘹亮、小妇人分别杂交、嘹亮做母本与荷兰船长杂交的正反交结实率相差数倍;勃朗宁与嘹亮、勃朗宁与小妇人、勃朗宁与活话剧、活话剧与荷兰船长等4个组合的单果结籽数正反交间差异均成倍变化;相同的母本与不同的父本杂交,结实率和单果结籽数亦存在很大差异,其中活话剧和嘹亮有较好的母本和父本特征,作为母本或父本,二者均具有较高的结实率和单果结籽数。The complete diallel cross was conducted on five Daffodils（Narcissus spp.） varieties from the Netherlands,and the fruit-setting rate,single-fruit seed number and 1 000-seed mass were analyzed.The results showed that among the different combinations,the fruit-setting rate of hybridization and self-cross in Daffodils varieties are quite different,from 7.5 to 91.38,there are also some differences of single-fruit seed number and 1 000-seed mass among different combinations.The seed-setting rate of Ice Follies is the highest in the five varieties,by 64.29%.The self-single-fruit seed number of Ice Follies is as high as 7.64,the self-seed-setting rate of Barret Browning,Fortissimo,Dutch Master is low,less than 30%,single-fruit seed number is less than 3.0.There also have significant diversity on the reciprocal cross,the reciprocal cross seed-setting rate has several times discrepancy while Barret Browning as the female parent cross with Fortissimo and Parisienne respectively and Fortissimo as the female parent cross with Dutch Masters.The reciprocal cross single-fruit seed number are changed multiplied among four combinations of Barret Browning and Fortissimo,Barret Browning and Parisienne,Barret Browning and Ice Follies,Ice Follies and Dutch Master.The same maternal hybrids with different paternal lines,the seed setting rate and the number of single-fruit seed are also very different,Especially Ice Follice and Fortissimo represent better characteristics of female and male,as maternal planta,both of them have higher fruit-setting rate and seed setting rate.
